THE FUSCHLSEE REGION

The Salzkammergut extends with a beautiful mountain and lake world over the three federal states of Upper Austria, Salzburg and Styria. Fuschl has an ideal starting position at the beginning of the Salzkammergut. Hallstatt, Bad Aussee, Bad Ischl, St. Wolfgang or St. Gilgen – each place has its own charm. Whether you want to go on a day trip for hiking, or “only” want to drive to the neighboring Wolfgangsee, is entirely up to you. Even in winter, the region has its charm. A very special highlight are the many Christmas markets in December. Our favorite tip is the atmospheric Wolfgangseer Advent, where you can reach three Christmas markets around the Wolfgangsee by boat.
